iPlan will still be implemented until sold out of holding TCBF fund or until customer selects cancel plan.

One of the following two cases:

– The program completes, customers receive enough money in each period.

– The collateral for the program implementation is the TCBF which is sold/converted before the end of the program. In this case, please cancel the plan so as not to be affected with the next plans.

Risks of fund investment:

  • Price volatility risk: is the risk that NAV/Fund unit may fluctuate depending on market conditions. Accordingly, the value of the Fund assets of the Client and/or the amount received when selling fund may fluctuate up or down compared to the investment amount spent.
  • Liquidity risk: is the risk that customers have difficulty selling fund to receive cash. Although this risk is minimised because the Law stipulates that the Fund Management Company is obliged to redeem open-end fund when the Investor places a sell order, this risk is still present due to the regulations that the Fund Management Company may only partially execute the Client’s sell order.

FlexiCA$H Fund (TCFF) is the abbreviation of Techcom Flexible Bond Fund. The Fund is managed by Techcom Capital Company and invests mainly in corporate bonds, certificates of deposit, treasury bills, short-term savings to create optimal short-term returns with expected profits up to 6%/year. TCFF has a low level of risk.

Techcom Balanced Flexi Fund (TCFF)’s investment strategy and portfolio are different from that of TCBF and TCEF. TCFF primarily allocates its investments to corporate bonds, certificates of deposit, promissory notes, and short-term savings instruments with the aim of generating optimal long-term returns, with an expected yield exceeding 1-2% per annum over a 12-month savings deposit interest rate. TCFF bears a moderate level of risk.
