In case it is past the 15th of the month and I do not received the refunded iXu, where should I check the information?

The iXu rewards are disbursed into your securities account on the 15th of the following month after a successful transaction by the referred person. If there is a delay in payment due to time-consuming data calculations, TCBS will proactively notify you via email or the TCInvest app’s inbox.

Is the product introduction invitation unblocking processed immediately?

The system will automatically unblock it after 3 months, and customer do not need to take any action.

When will I receive the rebate from the “Product Referral” program?

It will be on the 15th day of the following month. If that date falls on a holiday, the rebate will be processed on the next working day.

Can Referee who has previously invested iBond and iFund get a 0.1% rebate under the “Product Referral” program?

No. It is only applicable to Referee’s first deal.

When will the system refund the purchase of TCBF Fund certificates under the “The more you trade, the cheaper the price” promotion?

On the 5th of the following month, the system will refund by iXu points to your securities account.

You can check your iXu under “iXu Reward Points” on TCInvest.

How to differentiate the ranking points and available iXu?

Ranking points are the points to recognize the Silver/Gold/Platinum rank.

Available iXu is the iXu that customers can convert into cash/VinID/Fund Certificates/gift to others.

No, there is no time limit.

Which open-end funds are eligible for the “Instant trading – Instant gifts” program?

TCBF (Techcom Bond Fund) and/or TCEF (Techcom Equity Fund).Not applicable for TCFF (Techcom Balanced Flexi Fund) transactions.

What type of bonds are eligible for the “Instant trading – Instant gifts” program?

All iBond contracts offered by TCBS during the program period. Not applicable for bond transactions executed through TCBS’s iConnect.

In the “The more you trade, the cheaper the price” program, when is a contract counted towards the customer’s assets and used to calculate the VIP2 discount adjustment for the next transaction?

When the transaction is recorded as successfully paid (TCBS successfully deducts money for the transaction and sends a confirmation message to the customer).

Which customer groups are subject to the “The more you trade, the cheaper the price” policy?

Applicable for all customers (Techcombank VIP identity) who purchases TCBS iBond Prix corporate bonds. The discount level will be correspondingly applied to the amount that customers have invested in bonds at TCBS. Specifically, customers will be entitled to 2 discounts for each investment:
1. Discount levels are based on the value of the ongoing transaction (based on the bond’s face value) (VIP 1)
2. Discount levels are based on the value of the ongoing iBond Prix transaction and the value of the bonds that the customer has invested (including all validated bond trading contracts purchased through TCBS or from other customers through iConnect) (VIP2)
