Yes. During the ATC session, when an iTrader places an LO/ATC order, the system will automatically place same orders for iCopier. Therefore, the order prices for iTrader and iCopier are the same, with no deviation. If iCopier’s order matches, it gets executed during the ATC session. In case of non-matching orders:

  • For buy orders, no new orders are generated on the next trading day.
  • For sell orders, on the next trading day during the continuous matching session, an LO order is created at the nearest price to the iTrader’s matched price, with a principle of not deviating by more than 10%.

Purchasing power = Cash in iCopy-sub account  + Receivable amount – Debt

Where:

  • Receivable amount: after deducting the estimated advance fees according to the current fee schedule
  • Debt: Custody fee debt if holding securities in the securities trading account

  • iCopier’s full name
  • Value of iCopier’s copying activities
  • % of profit/loss in the iCopier’s account

Yes, you can. To begin, please log in to TCInvest > in the search bar, enter “iCopy stock” > select “iTrader Filter” and input the required information.

Yes. You have two options for copying:

  • New order
  • Current portfolio of iTrader

As soon as iTrader has a matched order, your iCopy sub-account will automatically place orders based on the following principles:

* Same stock code.

* Order type:

LO order (Price deviation not exceeding 10%, except for stop-loss and processing sell orders based on iCopier settings). Matching prices:
+ iCopier’s buy order price is usually higher than iTrader’s.
+ iCopier’s sell order price is usually lower than iTrader’s.

This ensures the highest matching probability for iCopier’s orders. In ATC sessions, when iTrader places LO/ATC orders, the system will generates same order for iCopier, the matching prices of iTrader and iCopier are the same, with no deviation. If iCopier matches the order, it will be executed in the ATC session. If iCopier’s order doesn’t match, it’s executed the next trading day in a continuous matching session with a limit of 10% deviation from iTrader’s price.

MP order (This only occurs when iTrader places an MP buy order during the ATC session, and the system will generate a corresponding MP order for iCopier).

Volume is proportional to the asset allocation in iTrader’s sub-account.
Example: iTrader’s total assets are 1 billion VND (including cash and stocks at the current market price). iTrader places an order to buy 1,000 VIC shares at a price of 100,000 VND, totaling 100 million VND (10% of the assets). The assets in your iCopy sub-account are 20 million VND, so your order will not be successful because 10% of the assets are 2 million VND, which is not enough to buy 100 VIC shares (the minimum odd lot on the HSX). However, if iTrader places an order to buy 10,000 POW shares at a price of 10 VND, totaling 100 million VND (10% of the assets), your order will be pushed to the market to buy 200 POW shares at a value of around 2 million VND (equivalent to 10% of the assets).

Same stock code.

Order type: LO (Price deviation not exceeding 10%).

+ In-session: The system generates stock purchase orders based on the selected portfolio immediately after the customer chooses to copy it. It uses the amount of money deposited by iCopier and allocates it proportionally to each stock.

+ Off-session: The system generates stock purchase orders based on the portfolio at the start of the next continuous matching trading session, using the amount of money deposited by iCopier and allocating it proportionally to each stock.

The volume is proportional to the asset allocation in the iTrader’s sub-account.
Example: iTrader has a total asset value of 1 billion (including cash and stocks at their current market prices). iTrader places an order to buy 1,000 shares of VIC at a price of 100,000 VND per share, equivalent to 100 million VND (10% of assets). If the assets in your iCopy account are currently 20 million VND, your order will not be successful because the 10% allocation is 2 million VND, which is insufficient to buy 100 shares of VIC (the minimum round lot on the HOSE exchange) However, if iTrader places an order to buy 10,000 shares of POW at a price of 10 VND per share, equivalent to 100 million VND (10% of assets), your order will be pushed to the market as a purchase of 200 POW shares with a value of approximately 2 million VND (equivalent to 10% of assets).

– The funds in the iCopy sub-account are insufficient to match the minimum lot size as per the Exchange’s regulations.
– The copied stocks either do not exist or lack sufficient liquidity at the time of iCopier’s trading.
– Other unforeseeable events.

The purchasing power only includes cash and cash advance in the iTrader sub-account.

In such a scenario, you will receive a notification from TCBS. Additionally:

  • Your transactions associated with such iTrader will be suspended.
  • Money/Stocks in the iCopy sub-account will be immediately transferred to regular sub-account.
