Step 2: Request the previous securities company to transfer certain rights and any unreturned rights to your securities account at TCBS.

Step 3: Complete the necessary procedures to close the securities account at the previous securities company.

Certainly, there is no fee for opening and maintaining a securities account at TCBS.
