The majority of customer queries are related to trading rules or product features, rather than errors, as TCInvest is currently operating very stably. To assist users, we’ve implemented a “Smart Tips” feature in the Support section, providing guidance on addressing 99% of the issues mentioned above.

When it comes to the question, “Why can’t I sell my stocks?” the answers that we and customers typically discover are:

  • If you bought the stock on T+0, you can only sell it after 11:35 AM on T+2 (excluding holidays and weekends).
  • If the stock is in dividend status, you can only sell it after receiving an announcement on https://vsd.vn/.
  • If it’s an odd lot or hasn’t matched a corresponding order on the HNX exchange, you may need to place a “Sell Odd Lot” order for stocks on the HSX exchange.
  • The price you set may not match the current trading price on the exchange.
  • Unstable internet connection to TCInvest (You may try changing your network or accessing from a different device).
