In order to comply with the regulations of the Securities Commission, foreign investors are advised to consistently update the valid information of their passport in their securities account records with TCBS. View the instructions here.
When executing transactions on a device distinct from the one with iOTP installation, it suffices to scan the QR code for iOTP retrieval.
Regularly changing your login password is one of the measures to enhance the security of your account information. To change your login password on TCInvest, please access the Account Settings section and select Change Password.
Please note: Passwords should be a minimum of 8 characters, including uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and should avoid using easily identifiable personal information.
