What should I do if the system indicates that iOTP has been registered on another device?

Please follow these 02 steps:

Step 1. Access ‘Account Setting’ on TCInvest or simply click on the Profile  icon on the homepage.

Step 2. Choose “Security,” followed by opting for the “Cancel iOTP” option and then re-register.
