Option 1 – Through TCBS
Online: You may open a securities account with TCBS following the guide here: Open account for foreign investors.
In person: Send your registration request to [email protected] to book an appointment and submit your documents at:
Hanoi Office: 3A Floor, Techcombank Tower, 06 Quang Trung, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi
Ho Chi Minh City Office: 8th Floor, Techcombank Tower Saigon, 23 Le Duan, District 1
Option 2 – Through Distribution Agents (SSI or HSC)
