I. For Customers registered as Residents in Vietnam with TCBS
When transferring funds to your TCBS securities account, please ensure the following information is entered correctly:
- Account name: Techcom Securities Joint Stock Company
- Bank account number: 19033336666968 at Techcombank – Head Office Transaction Center
- Important: Your transfer will only be credited if you use the correct transfer format:
[Full Name of TCBS Account Holder] [TCBS Securities Account Number]
⚠️ Notes:
- Do not transfer from e-wallets (e.g., Momo, ShopeePay, ZaloPay). Such transactions may be invalid and cannot be traced or refunded.
- Do not transfer funds before your VSDC activation is completed. If you entered incorrect transfer details, please follow the [refund guide here].
II. For Customers registered as Non – Residents in Vietnam with TCBS
You may only deposit or withdraw funds via your registered Indirect Investment Capital Account (IICA), which was set up when you opened your TCBS account. To deposit funds, please bring your passport and visit any Techcombank branch. The deposit process must be completed in two steps
- Transfer funds into your Indirect Investment Capital Account (IICA).
- Transfer funds from the IICA to your TCBS securities account.
