1. Switch to 4G network.
2. Tap “Optimize Memory” on the login screen of the application.
3. Change the server on the price board as directed here.
4. Press F5 or Ctrl F5 to refresh.
5. Clear cache according to the instructions below.
6. Upgrade to the latest version of the application (from Google Play or the App Store).
