Opening a securities account – For individual foreign investors residing in Vietnam

For clients who have not yet obtained a Trading Code, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Prepare documents

Please complete the information declaration on TCInvest, then download, print, sign, and submit the application forms to TCBS via express courier.

For clients who have not yet obtained a Securities Trading Code, please follow these steps:
Complete information declaration and download application forms on TCInvest.
Print the forms, sign them manually, and send via express courier to TCBS.
A. Required documents:
Application form for Securities Trading Code: 02 signed originals
Power of Attorney form: 02 signed originals
Passport: 02 notarized/legalized copies

Ho Chi Minh City: 8th Floor, Techcombank Saigon Tower, 23 Le Duan Street, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City
Notes:
Documents must be sent within 10 days from the registration date, based on the postmark.
If TCBS does not receive valid documents within this timeframe, the account opening request will be canceled. You will need to re-access TCInvest to download new forms and resubmit.
Step 2: Verify information via email
After sending the physical documents, please use the registered email address and send a confirmation to [email protected] with the following statement:
“I hereby confirm that I am the person who has directly declared, signed, and submitted the account opening documents to TCBS. I certify that all information provided is true and accurate, and I assume full legal responsibility for the authenticity of my signature and the declared contents.”
