[vc_row][vc_column width=”2\/3″][vc_column_text css=””]Techcom Securites (TCBS) is pleased to announce the schedule of securities service fees applicable at TCBS, effective from July 27, 2023, as follows (*):<\/p>\n

1. Securities Trading<\/h5>\n

– Stock\/Fund certificate\/Warrant trading fee for customers without an iWealth Partner assignment, the fee is 0.03% of transaction value across all trading channels.
\n– Stock\/Fund certificate\/Warrant trading fee for customers assigned iWealth Partner: Depending on the agreement between the two partners, the fee ranges from 0.03% to 0.3% of the total transaction value across all trading channels <\/span>(except customers applying other policies at TCBS).
\n– For detailed information on bond trading fees, please refer here<\/a><\/strong>
\n– For detailed information on fund certificate trading fees, please refer here<\/a><\/strong>
\n– Account opening\/closure fee: Free of charge.<\/p>\n

2. Fee Structure for the iCopy Program<\/h5>\n

– The fee structure for the account management delegation service under TCBS’s iCopy program is 2% per year.<\/p>\n

0.2 VND per Corporate Bond, debt instrument per month as regulated in the Public Debt Management Law.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

2<\/td>\nTransfer securities from TCBS to another securities company (Including account closure)<\/td>\n1 VND per share, closed-end fund, bond.
\nMaximum 1,000,000 VND.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
3<\/td>\nReceive securities transfer from another securities company to TCBS<\/td>\nFree of charge<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
4<\/td>\nTransfer ownership of securities (applicable to both the transferring party and the receiving party) in cases of gifting, donation, inheritance between spouses, biological parents and children, adoptive parents and children, step-parents and step-children, father-in-law and mother-in-law with son-in-law, father-in-law and mother-in-law with daughter-in-law, paternal grandparents and maternal grandparents with grandchildren, paternal great-grandparents and maternal great-grandparents with great-grandchildren, siblings among themselves.<\/td>\n0.15% of transaction value.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
5<\/td>\nTransfer ownership between two accounts at TCBS (applicable to both the receiving party and the granting party) and not falling under the cases mentioned in Section 4<\/td>\n0.15% of transaction value<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
6<\/td>\nReceive ownership transfer from another Securities Company to TCBS, excluding cases in Section 4<\/td>\n0.15% of transaction value<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
7<\/td>\nTransfer ownership to another securities company from an account at TCBS, excluding cases in Section 4<\/td>\n0.2% of transaction value<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
8<\/td>\nSecurities withdrawal<\/td>\n1 VND per share, closed-end fund.
\nMaximum 1,000,000 VND.
\nFree of charge for bond withdrawal.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
9<\/td>\nRegistration for Collateral and\/or Securities Freeze at VSD\/TCBS<\/td>\nFees applicable for each transaction:<\/p>\n

*) For all registration\/change\/supplement of collateral and\/or securities freeze at VSD\/TCBS requested by the customer:<\/p>\n

– 0.4% of the transaction value (based on face value) per transaction.
\n– Minimum fee: 1,000,000 Vietnamese dong per transaction.
\n– Maximum fee: 10,000,000 Vietnamese dong per transaction.
\n(Free of charge for deletion\/reduction\/change of collateral information and securities release at TCBS\/VSD)<\/p>\n

*) For voluntary securities freeze at VSD requested by the customer:
\n– 0.4% of the transaction value (based on face value) per transaction.
\n– Minimum fee: 1,000,000 Vietnamese dong per transaction.
\n– Maximum fee: 10,000,000 Vietnamese dong per transaction.
\n– In addition to the fees regulated by TCBS (as mentioned above), TCBS will collect supplementary fees as per VSD regulations (per period).<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/div>\n

4. Money Transactions<\/h5>\n

4.1. Internal transfers between securities accounts within TCBS: Free of charge.<\/p>\n

4.2. Securities sale advance: 14.5% per annum (Effective from May 29, 2023).<\/p>\n

4.3. Online transfers from TCBS securities account to recipient bank accounts within and outside Techcombank: Free of charge.<\/p>\n

4.3. Cash deposits\/transfers at the counter are subject to the following fee schedule:<\/p>\n

(*) If there is any separate agreement between the customer and TCBS, the fee collection will be based on that agreement and not subject to the fee schedule above.<\/p>\n

* Note:
\n– Techcombank: Vietnam Technological and Commercial Joint Stock Bank. T
\n– Securities account: the securities account utilized at TCBS
\n– The fee levels mentioned in the fee schedule are the fees that Techcombank applies to TCBS when transferring money for customers. For other banks, TCBS will apply the fees charged by these banks when TCBS transfers money for customers. The fees above do not include VAT.
